Most go away on their own, with your immune system fighting whatever bug caused it. Gargle with warm salt water. Brush your tongue as well as your teeth. Get some menthol cough drops and if you feel anything glue-like at the back of your nose/throat or if your ears hurt too, get a decongestant. Have someone look in your throat with a flashlight. If you see red at the back of your throat, or little white dots, see a doctor. It might be infected. |
