    Please stop asking cryptic questions that can't be answered.
    Plus - it is starting to sound like homework. Refer to the book or at least the code book where you live. Codes vary all around the world and even by city.

    The question title, "Counter top receptacle distance" has nothing to do with your posted question "Panelboard height". Which question do you want answered?

    The answer to the panelboard height question is a minimum of 6.5' from the floor to the top of the panelboard. NEC 110.26(A)(3).
