    What type of flush valve do you have, they are all adjustable. To fill higher you want to raise the float.

    Hi Bob. These are newer dual flush toilets.. nothing like the old toilets we are used to working with (click on link below)!

    Hi Newtoilet! Check out the owner's manual here:

    The problem will be in the adjustment of the "push rods" (step #7 in the instructions)

    The owner's manual also has a telephone number to contact tech. support if needed.
