    I missed my period by 7 days
    What does it mean if I'm 7 days late for my period and the days I was suppose to start all I did was spot... what does this mean

    It means you are 7 days late... which does happen to most women from time to time... I would worry if it became two weeks. Then it would be appropriate and time to take a HPT.
