    Wat is it,if anything when your spouse x spouse takes or steals a sd card without my knowledge an threatns to expose them to others an possibly the internet? Is there.anytjing o can do? Is that a crime?

    Not onless they are demanding money in exchange for not releasing them... that would be considered blackmail...

    Otherwise its just simple vile... vindictive behaviour... which isn't illegal.

    Which is it: spouse or ex-spouse?

    If its your ex-spouse, perhaps taking the card would be considered petty theft.
