    Non alcohol mouthwash
Correct me if I am wrong, I think it is best to use mouthwash without alcohol, because alcohol can be drying to your mouth, which can lead to other problems.

If that is the case, what non alcohol mouthwash, in your opinion, is good for those prone to cavities and swollen gums.

I am also interested in home remedy types that may work.

    Any tips will be appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

There is a lot of controversy about mouthwash of any kind, not just because of drying but because of killing of good bacteria. I don't believe in any at all. All it does is mask odors for a while in addition to killing necessary bacteria.

Take care of your mouth by brushing, flossing, proxi-brushing (tiny brush between teeth), brushing your tongue, and buying a new toothbrush every few months.
