    92 dodge van won't start
    92 dodge van won't start. I change 2 relays that were clicking and they still are clicking. Engine turns over fine

    The relays should all click at one time or another, a test light or meter will tell if they are switching voltage, or just energizing? Does a relay click when turned to Start?

    Clicking relays is often a symptom of a drained battery. I would remove and fully charge, or replace, the battery. Have each cell in the battery tested. Most auto parts stores will do this for free.
