    You may have an issue with expansion if the table is in the sun. The metal surface should be sanded and left rough or you will have poor grip. You want a mastic that is a bit flexible for expansion and contraction.

    Also, glass tile can vary a lot in transparency. Keep your adhesive color in mind.
