    Parole violations
    My husband caught two new cases while out on parole. He has been out on parole for 1 yr and 1/2 and never tested dirty paid his fees etc.ONe of his cases was assault family violence that was just recently dismissed and the other was less than two grams of marijuana that he got time served for. He has his revocation within the next two weeks . Will the reinstate him seeing that the assault was dismissed ?When I ask his po he said that they were not worried about the marijuana and they were more so worried about the assault .Does this sound true?? PLease help

    Who did he allegedly assault?

    Why would his PO lie to him? Bad blood?

    He violated. Now it's up to the Judge. No way to know what happens next.
