    Starting company on H1 Visa
I have a passion to start my own company. I've been in consulting business for a long time but still holding an H1 visa.
    1. How practical is to start my own company on H1.
    2. How easy it would be for the company to sponsor H1 for others, including myself?
    3. What are the legal hurdles I'll have to cross

    1) Starting company and having its nominal existence is no big deal
    2) As far as my knowledge goes you can not sponsor yourself and to sponsor other H1 company has to be in business for some time and have legitimate source of income.

Hope this info worth penny helps
