    My parents took my kids
A couple years ago I signed full guardianship over to my parents of my two daughters I was in a bad state of mind I was going through a divorce with their father and losing my grandmother from cancer I knew I needed help and moved to try to get a job they convinced me in not taking my kids like I wanted to in the first place saying I needed to get my head back on right find a job and good place and I could get them back then they would never keep them from me and they just needed those papers signed in case of a medical emergency... I have been fighting for 2 years now because the paperwork that they signed my name to states I need to get a psych evaluation parenting classes and a hunch of other stuff that I didn't agree to... My question is with them having full guardianship can I ever take them back to court once I can afford this evaluation to get my daughters back that's all I wants is my daughters I don't know what to do where to go I don't even know if there is anything I can do now that they have full guardianship

Was the paper you signed though the courts, if it was not done though the cuorts, you did not sign anything away.

But the only way to get a court order changed is go back to court.

If you signed some paper, and it was never presented to the court, you never signed away your custody

They signed your name to this document? You mean you didn't sign it? If you didn't sign it, it has no force of law. Or did you sign it without reading it?

I suspect you will need an attorney to fight this.
