Could I possibly be pregnant ? If not help me please !
I'm 17 and I want to know so much about pregnancy my boyfriend wants to have a baby with me and I do too, I know I'm young but I feel like I'm ready I've been trying to get pregnant. But I'm confused about the whole twenty eight day scycle and all. I tracked my most fetile days and ovulation day the last time I got my period was on June 18, 2013 and from then I've been having sexual intercources. My most fertile days was on the 26th-1st and my ovulation daay was on July 2, 2013. I took a test like on the 6th and I know it was to early to go and take one but I've also had pains in my lower stomach on left for like three days straight then it stopped for one day and appeared on my right lower side. But after it had went away and the next period I'm suppose to have is July 16, 2013 and today is the 15. I feel like my period is coming but I'm not so sure because my previous period was on June 18, 13 and I was suppose to get it on the 13 but I was five days late... if I don't get my period tomorrow ill just have to wait five days later and ill see if I get my period. I want to have a baby but I don't know if it it might happen I'm not on any type of birth control or anything and this is my first time trying to get pregnant and all those times I had sex my boyfriend always ejaculated inside me! But can anyone help me and explain to me about cycles and tell me what I can do I need a lot of help and advise ! Thanks (:

You don't even know how it works and you want to have a baby! Are you nuts? You're too young. Do either of you have any way to support a baby? Any place to live? This is insane.

Every woman's cycle and fertile time is different and even each woman's cycle varies. If you are using an app, forget it. And like odinn said, are you financially ready to have a baby with a boyfriend you have been with for how long? A year? Less than that?

Yeah, those babies are sooooo cute, aren't they. They also cry so you can't get any decent sleep, spit up everywhere, are a problem and get in the way if you want to do something for fun and for yourself, and cost a ton of money. Who's going to pay all of your maternity bills and the hospital bill? At your age, the possibilities of having a disabled baby are higher than normal. Then what? And I bet you are still in high school.

And like odinn said, if you don't even understand how to get pregnant, this is a huge tragedy waiting to happen. Time to think again about this.

Who sends you a check that size?

At your age, two years together isn't long enough. And no high school diplomas for either of you?

$2,000 every 3 months? That's not near enough to raise a child, let alone yourself!

At 17 your body is not prepared to carry a child. Pregnancy at your age would put you at risk for PIH (pregnancy induced high blood pressure), Gestational diabetes, which could turn permanent, seizures, etc. You also risk having a child with Down's Syndrome. Another risk is preterm labor and delivery, placing your baby in a NICU for months, giving you a bill close to a million dollars.

$2000 every three months? How are you going to live on that? It will cost more than that for a place to live, and food every month. Then there's hospital bills (if you're in the US it will cost you around $12,000 just to deliver this baby, and that's if nothing goes wrong. After the baby is born there are doctor visits, diapers, bottles, formula, crib, highchair, stroller, car seat, clothes (they grow out of them quickly), and so much more.

You know that they wake up very early in the morning? LMAO! Try every 2 hours, all day and night.

You don't have a single clue what it takes to take care of a child.

If you want us to help, prove that you're ready. If you can do that, I'll give you advice. So, find a place to live (not with mommy and daddy, but on your own), and pay for it with the money you make working. Pay for your own doctors bills, and food. Be self sufficient. If you can do that for 6 months, without any help from anyone, then we'll talk. Until then, you have no business bringing a child into this world.

I hear a lot of girls cry that the baby ruined their relationship crying all hours of the Night. They can get very jealous of the baby and not even realizing it.

Considering how little money the OP and the boyfriend make, they won't have to worry about that. Any baby the OP has now, will likely be cared for by the OP's mommy. That's what happens with most teen parents.

I wonder how OP's mom feels about being forced to care for another child, because her daughter "wants a baby".

Teens! If only their brains grew as quickly as their bodies. :(

    What?

You can't even write a sentence that makes sense. :(

So, you've been saving since you were 14? Okay then, how much money do you have in the bank right now?

If you're in the US, you'll need at least $12,000 for the delivery of this baby that you "want". Do you have it?

After that, depending on where you live, expect to pay between $1200 and $3000 a month for a one bedroom apartment. Do you have it?

Doctors visits are around $250 a visit, and newborns need to go to the doctor a lot. Do you have it?

If you can't nurse, you'll need to buy formula, put away a few hundred dollars a month for that, because formula isn't cheap.

Diapers, a newborn will go through around 12 a day.

Do you have a crib, a highchair, a car seat, a stroller, clothes, bottles, etc. etc. etc?

What about food? You and the daddy need to eat too.

So, how are you going to manage all of this on $2000 every three months? Even if it were $2000 a month, it wouldn't be enough. That amount of money, when you're 17 and live at home, is great. But, when you're raising a child, and living on your own, it's change, not enough to live on.

Once you bring a child into this world, you're the mommy, and you can't go running to mommy to take care of something you chose to do This is a 24/7 job, for the rest of your life. I have yet to meet a 17 year old that is actually ready to handle the responsibility, and you're definitely no exception.

You have no idea what raising a child is, and you are far too young for this. There is no need to rush, why does the man want you to have a baby, to try and tie you down to him ? If he loved you, he would be asking and helping for you to go to school to make a better life for yourself, not lead you to a life of government assistance.

You can not write a complete sentence, you do not even understand proper cycles, and how to really track ovulation ( and it is not online charts)
