    Hello dad:

    It's just a very flavorful oil. Cook an egg in it for a wonderful taste.. But, you can't fry kreplach in anything else.

    Hooray! Thanks to my friends, I am no longer schmaltzless in Seattle. Did you know if you eat an egg friend in schmaltz your IQ will go up two points?
