    What if I overstayed by 5 days after a B1 extension?
    My b-1 extension was rejected on the 5th of Feb I left on the 11th are there any implications to this?

    Any length of time up to 6 months overstay means one year banned.

    My K1 visa is in process and have had a 214b denial.

    Can I still visit the us while my K1 is being processed 6 months after the denial?
