    Divorce...
I filed for divorce and haven't had my first court date yet . I found out she moved to another county.and she has still yet to file her appearance. What happens next? Do I still attend my court date ? Will I have to pay another filing fee?

Most certainly attend your court hearing... if they don't show up you will likely get it by default... without much delay.

Why?. you filed... you attended. Also what state and country is this... there are minor differences in procedures and requirements depending on where you currently are a resident of.

Ok. But you still haven't answered the other question: Why would you think you might have to pay another filing fee?

Just because she moved to another county doesn't change anything. If she hasn't appeared in the case I assume she hasn't asked for a change of venue. Even if she were to ask, it's doubtful that it would be ordered. So, why?
