    I am a pre-teen and I am 206lbs
    I need ways to lose weight. Im fatty in mainly my belly. HELP!!

    What are all the foods you eat? Do you over eat? Do you eat a lot of junk and snacks between meals?

    When I was 12 and was 125 I have the same problem but when I ate 2 bowls a fruit a day jogged, yoga, anddo my P90X once a week a year after I wieghted 100 and people started to call me boney but it was better than being called fat ;)
