    My son father is trying take my son from me I was living in Texas but I left and went back home now he has a lawyer and I don't he taking me to court he said for temp what will happen please help

    You need to file for custody right away, while you have your son

    Did you take your son with you? If not you abandoned him. If you did, you took the sone from his father without permission. Either way it spells trouble for you and a greater likelihood that he will win custody.
