Ac blowing weak cold air
Hello out of no where my ac started to blow very week cold air takes whole day for it to get from 78 to 74.. my filters are clean,my freon is full,system is not frozen,blower motor is turing fine inside unit,everything running but out of no where it started to blow really slow cold air help please

Philco central heater only blows cold air when it should be blowing hot air. And it will not stop blowing even when I turn off the heat. The fan is not on it is on auto.
