    Power at disconnect
I have no power at the disconnect. I have checked voltage at the breaker, and it is good. I checked the disconnect by touching the bare wires before they are screwed down to the disconnect, and by the bolt heads that hold the wires in, and am showing zero volts. What else can I check and how do I get the power back to the disconnect? Thanks, john

I am HVAC certified, but have very little field experience. I used my voltage meter to check the wires. Touched black to the ground and red to the hot wires on line 1 and 2. no power. Both breakers have 120 volts, and no voltage at disconnect. John
