    Knee Problems
I tore my MCL in my left knee 3 years ago, then last year I went to the doctor again and they diagnosed me with plicca syndrom in my knee, they then sent me to a hardcore training of physical therapy, but that didn't work, is it time for surgery?

Asking a thousand orthopedists online if it's time for surgery is fruitless - this is the sort of thing that can only be determined in person and with a complete history.
I will say that knee surgery has had tremendous improvement in the last few years, but you still need the RIGHT place to have it done, preferably a large medical center associated with a medical school, or a practice with a solid reputation for knee surgery specifically. So do you homework around the area where you live.
So many people are having it done that in many areas, the pre- and post op care is done in a group of several people. It's very important to do exactly what you are told post op, and that means for weeks.
