Mid period bleeding

I had a normal menstrual on June 27-July 3. Now today I'm bleeding again it started at 4pm is this normal or is there something wrong it is not a heavy flow its just there and bright as I wipe. I've had a tubal in 2001 and am 35yrs. Black female.
