found complex cyst then my gyn sent me to see a Gi dr and gyn didn't examine me?
Went to the er 2x in a 4 day period with pain by my hip and a little lower. Tired lower back pain, nausea, pain down my legs etc. My gyn dr pushes on my belly listens to my chest and back then tells me to see a GI dr, If the er visit saw the complex cyst both times then why is he sending me to a GI dr and didn't even examine my? Or order sonogram, ct scan etc or even blood work?

These days, going to an ER is a crapshoot. Sorry to sound so jaded, but I am going to assume that you don't have insurance?
You shouldn't be using the ER for this. Find a regular doctor at a clinic.
I have no idea how the doctor diagnosed a cyst without ultrasound. He may have been working a 36 hour shift and was passing the buck, who knows.

I do have ins. And my gyn is the one who didn't examine me and referred me to a Gi dr. The er is the one who did an internal sonogram and a pelvic exam. My gyn is the one that didn't examine me and told me to see the GI and told me ovarian cysts don't cause pain. Im so tired of cysts.
