    If I'm wanted in Pennsylvania and live in Arkansas, will my warrant show up when I go get an Arkansas licence

    Yes, on the positive side, unless it is a felony or for a large amount of child support, they will not send you back, About the worst will be that they detain you temp while the other state decides if they want to pay to have your bought back. Then they release you in about 30 minutes to 1 hour.

    This can happen any time you are stopped and drivers license checked.
