    First pregnancy
    I been having the runs for like 2 weeks now and can't keep nothing down and not able to sleep at all so what to do or what can I take for it

    Let's see - you are pregnant and want to know what over the counter medications to take for diarrhea (which I am assuming you mean) and inability to sleep.

    I'd say to drink warm milk at bedtime and otherwise ask your Physician.

    ANY over the counter medication can endanger your child's health.
