    Silver certificate 1957 robert anderson
I have the right half of a Silver Certificate Blue print, Robert Anderson has a O just above the signature and to the right with 8436 also. Other numbers look like 11 29809098I

Any ideas... don't ask me why there's only half. Found it in some old stuff that was my Grandfathers.
