    Child support
    Will I get child support ? My ex walked out on us two months ago. Left me with all the bills . I have two children and one is from the ex and one child from previous relationship . I work part time and make about 1500-2000 less than him. He wants 50/50 so he doesn't have to pay child support. But for now she is with me 70/30

    He may still end up paying support even at 50/50. Its going to depend on the laws of your State. Is he paying support now?

    Is the first "ex" on the other child paying support also ?

    But it is complicated depending on rules of state, It is possible that no he will not have to,
    In fact with 50/50, you may even have to pay him, if you earn a lot more.
