No form of birth control is 100% effective, including the plan B. Since you didn't take the proper dosage of the plan B, you up the chance that it didn't work.
The plan B can throw off your period, either making it come earlier, later, more than once during the month, heavy, light, or miss it altogether. So the fact that your period was 3 days late, isn't really unusual.
I know you're hoping we can tell you if you're pregnant. We can't. The only way to determine pregnancy is with a urine sample, a blood sample, or an ultrasound in later pregnancy. We don't have access to any of these online.
You'll have to wait, test, and see. Wait until your period is at least 2 weeks late, or 2 weeks after this bleeding that you don't know for sure is a period, then test using first morning urine. If that test is negative, wait for your next period, and if you miss it, test again or get a blood test done.
