I would check all fuses, then Ignition switch.
    Battery Terminals, Starter Terminals, relays.

    Ignition Switch Wires:
    Constant 12V+ White
    Starter Black/White
    Ignition Black/Yellow
    Accessory Yellow

Accessory is shown, but does not need to be dealt with, Check voltages out of Ignition Switch with Meter or Test Light For Start and Ignition, may be easier to get to if the connector is above the fuse panel.

I don't have a volts meter but in the meantime I got the starter tested and it faild once and passed twice but I've had previous issues wit the gear not pushing all the way out and it grinding my flywheel he told me that he thinks there's a short in the starter

I don't believe there is anything between the Ig Switch and Starter, Verify 12 volts on Start wire at starter. Check Connections at Starter.
    And Ground.

The battery is reading 12.60v the starter wire is reading 12.50 but when I connect a wire from the positive post of the battery to a ground on the frame off the car the spark is strong but when I touch it to the starter wire its really weak the connections are all fine but when I turn the key to the start position I hear my iac valve click on and off when I let the key go

    Good Deal.
Double check your Large grounds. You may be able to feel the heat of the bad connection.
