    Ovulation cramps lasting 3days already
    It's my first month of BCpills. My last period was 9.6. I think I ovulated 26.6 (eggWhite CM and cramping). Since then cramping is going on and off sometimes I feel it on left side, sometimes right, but mostly center really low in my stomach (just abouve pelvic bone) is that normal ?
    I am also very interested in doctors opinion on pull out method as contraception. Thank you

    Its my first cycle OFF birth control pills. I've been taking them for year and half

I had unprotected sex a couple days before ovulation and then again 3 days after. After the after-ovulation sex, I got constant cramps that felt like period cramps but a bit tighter. They lasted a few hours.
