    I count 3 months... 12 weeks... or am I missing something here?

    In the medical profession we go by your last monthly period, not by the day you had sex.

    Is paternity in question?

    Since paternity is in question you will need to wait until the baby is born to have a DNA/paternity test done. Gestational dating is highly subjective with a large margin of error.
