No water pressure from toilet valve
My toilet had been running constantly so I replaced the valve inside the tank.

After that, it stopped running constantly but every so often there'd be a running water sound and water would escape from the top of the valve (inside the tank, it never spilled over or anything.)

I thought if I just redid the last few steps of the valve install I could stop that from happening, but now with the water turned back on the tank isn't drawing any water and when I remove the cap to the valve I can hear water running but its hardly even trickling out of the valve. How do I fix this?
