    How to get soon to be ex husband out
    I have owned my house in MI for over three years I stupidly got married in nov of 2012 and it has been hell how do I get him to leave when he refuses until the divorce is final the house is not in his name and he has stopped contributing anything towards living here so I am stuck supporting him and his teenage son as well as clean up after them etc is there something I can file to legally make him leave?

    It doesn't have to wait until the divorce is final. But it does have to wait until a judge orders him to leave. As long as your home is the marital home, he has a right to be there. But you need to petition the court to order him to vacate.
