How can I help my PE?
I do not mean this as a joke, or as an immature question. I am hoping to receive some real answers to my issue.

My fiancé and I have been together for 4 years and will be getting married next March. Ever since we have been together I have always suffered from premature ejaculation. I am not sure why I do, but it is something that really has it's effect on our relationship.

My fiancé is very caring and understanding about it, but I can see that it aggravates her all the same. I tried doing "kegal" exercises for about a week, and saw no results. I do not want to have to take some magical pill either.

Please any help would be great.
    Thank you.

LOL, exercise for a "week" and not getting better, perhaps exercise for 4 or 5 months ?

Also have you talked to your doctor, had a complete physical ?

And pills are not magic, they are made to help men with various function issues, and if that is needed it is needed.

I can understand where I would need to do the work out longer.

No I haven't been to the doctor in a while. I am 25 years old, so right now I only go when I am sick, or emergency, but it is something that I need to do.

I was hoping there would be a better way then having to ask my doctor about it it first. But thank you.
