Period Problems
I went a few months without having my period. Then I had min. spotting for a while and then I started to have "jelly like" pieces of blood come out. About a week ago I feel as if I started my period, but its been the same heaviness since then. I know stress and eating can effect a period and I've been going through a very stressfull past year. I don't know if this is real or not either, but I'm living with a different family now and I know their periods are different then my previous family. Could my body be syncing with theirs? Is this serious and should I go to the doctors/er? I'm worried but I'm terrified of hospitals.
