    Moving with kids out of state
    I have two boys and their father is in jail for 2 meth lab charges I want to move out of state Is this possible for me,?

    Not if you live in New York...

    However if you tell us what country and what state.. the answer might be different.

    Is he the legal father? Is there court ordered custody and visitation orders? When is he due to be released from jail?
