Veins seems to be protruding all the time
Seems the past few weeks my veins have become showing even when not working out I gather age but they are even sore sometimes. I know after working out I expect it but why are they now all the time so much more visible? I am going to cut back my workouts for the summer I Hope that helps being a woman I am getting comments about it because I workout. Starting to become self conscious about my arms I have always have veiny hands but my arms are now starting to show a bit too much veins.

You are correct. If you are working out concentrating on upper body, by the way, Linda Hamilton, working out for one of her roles, bulked up her arms, and her veins were very prominent, this is why.

They will not go back to normal now, unless of course, you stop working out all together and in a couple of years, you will not notice them.

Thanks I think I will just cut back summer and hope the calm down I need to gain some body fat I think the last few weeks Lost a lot so adding some good fat in saw Vitamin K so will buy some of that. I am not sure I could stop working out for good. I have always worked out just the last few weeks seems like a big change I lost 10 lbs in January but May I seemed to loose some size on my lower arms. Guess my body fat went from there then the stomach.
