    Probation violation
    If my ex is on probation in calif and left the state for three days to go to chicago without contacting his p.o. First did he violate his probation because he is telling me he can leave for 72 hours without contacting his p.o.

    Each person's probation may be different. Its possible that he has a 72 hour window. Without knowing the terms of his probation we can't answer. If he's your ex, why does this matter to you?
