My brother has been sexually abusing me since I was little. I recently told my parents. I was admitted to a mental facility because of depression and cutting. Well anyway the police want to perform a gynecologist exam on me but the last time my brother abused me was weeks ago. I had sex with another person in between then and now. I'm under 18 so can they tell your parents about the other sexual partner or no .

A exam will prove little at this point but they will do the test, who, if you give a report to the police, what you tell them can be told to your parents. As part of the investigation.

You have made formal charges against a person, so now you can't lie or hide things, if you do, they can use this against you trying to prove you may have lied about the abuse.

Poor baby if that other Guy is older and its against the law tell. The cops should know anyway. He or your brother shouldn't have touch you but if he's your age he will be OK I'm sure.
