I need to put a PRV on my building to get the water pressure down( it is currently 110). My pipe is 1 1/2" coming into my building. A PRV for a 1 1/2 pipe is $300. Could I use a 1" PVR ? Would that cause a problem? Thanks

My PRV valve is bad, the pressure is at 75 and I need to reduce it to 25psi. It looks like an easy job to replace it. Close the main water valve, drain the water and install the new one. Has anyone done this before is there anything special I need to know or watch out for? Thank you Ron
