    There's no need to worry. Just show them the prescription from the doctor and you're OK.

    Perhaps, you would like to give us a full list of medications and drugs you are taking instead of asking one drug at a time.

    It will save you and us time and effort.

    You might also want to include why a drug test would be administered and if you have prescriptions for these medications.
