I'm too busy right now to come to your house and force him into an ambulance so I would suggest that you call 911 and let them force him into an ambulance.

Are you serious?
He doesn't want to go to hospital at all his laying in bed ATM feeling a bit of pain, is there anything I can do to help him in the mean time? Until he agrees on going to hospital

No. Try to keep him from bleeding on the furniture. Or dying. Either one.
I'd bore you with my bleeding ulcer, emergency surgery, severe blood loss story, but I'm sure you don't have the time right now, given the circumstances, to read it.

Are you serious as if I am going to let his die on me I'm sure his not going to die, I'm just wondering what to do? Do you know any other free online nurses that will give me me more advise?

The advice you receive will be the same. You need to call 911. If he dies and you didn't bother calling then you can be arrested and charged with a crime.

If you're sure he isn't going to die, then stop nagging him.
And, yes, you can and will be charged, the same as when parents don't seek medical treatment and the child dies.

If you haven't already, call emergency services (911 or the equivalent where you are) and explain the situation to them. Be prepared to give them more details such as his temperature, how he looks (pale, flushed, sweating, etc. ) his age, any health issues/medications that you know about plus answer their questions.
If he won't go on his own, this is your only choice other than having friends and family who are nearby try to force, coerce or manipulate him into going.
Good luck.
