    My ex boyfriend owes me money, How can I get it back?
    My boyfriend and I broke up. We were living together he moved out and we had bought new furniture and two cats. Well I am left paying for the furniture and stuck with two cats. There is no written agreement about the furniture. Could I take him to small claims court?

    You can try, but without a written agreement you may not win. Even if you do win it won't be easy to collect.

    You can find a new home for the cats and you are using the furniture.
