    How do I play a recording sent to my email?
    I received a recording in my email but when I download it I am unable to play it. I have real player and windows media center but cannot access the recording.

    What is the extension of the video file i.e. . mp4, mov, etc.

    I think it's one of those files from a Nokia phone video.
