    If Cargil uses FCRA to run a background check and they asked where I lived for the past 10 years will that be all they will look for

    No... they will check for a lot of other things.as well... so if you got something to hide... time to send the resumes elsewhere now.

    No, very likely to run criminal history for each state, and may even do local searches for each city. Also possible they do credit searches alsso

    I run backgrounds checks, some intensive. What are the "things" you are concerned about?

    I'm not about to list everything that goes into every check.
