You're stating that you ovulated on the 9th. How did you determine ovulation? Did you take your basal temperature for 6 months, or are you relying on a cell phone app? One is accurate, the other not at all.
If you did ovulate on the 9th, and are thinking you conceived during sex on the 8th, it would be way too early for any symptoms. It's only been 5 days, if the egg was fertilized it would not yet be implanted.
In other words, based on what you've written, yes, it would be way too early for any symptoms.
This may be a case of wishful thinking. We've all been there. When we're trying to conceive, every little thing suddenly becomes a symptom of pregnancy. Fact is, any symptoms you're experiencing now are likely in your head, or they're a symptom of something else.
That's not to say that you're not pregnant. You could be. But you wouldn't be experiencing symptoms yet, not based on what you wrote.
Wait until your period is due. If it's late, wait 2 weeks, then test using first morning urine. If that test is negative, wait for your next period, and if you miss it, test again or get a blood test done.
Good luck, and sending baby dust your way. :)
