    Commercial cleaning bid price progressive
I have recently entered the post construction cleaning field. I have the opportuninty to bid a 7 story, 80 unit progressive, 112,763 sf. Building. I have read a lot of previous answers for others but my question is how do I ask to be paid with it beinga progressive job. I understand how to figure the bid price for the most part.

You are bidding a services type contract correct? So many cents per square foot I would guess. Most companies are not going to want to pay you more than once a month. So invoice once a month for work completed. Does this include outside cleaning? How will you handle excessive work meaning a ton of paint over spray or paint all over windows? You need to consider these things too.
