Anyone who does forgery and fraud should be punished. I too am a victim of a forgery fraudulent mimic marriage license in Albuquerque , New Mexico. The party who did the forgery and fraud was the groom. I am currently in Court of Appeals due to many errors by the Judge. The groom took all the bank funds from me too. There was over $37000 in the account which the judge allowed him to keep when these funds were created by my income.
In my case there are two separate and distinct documents of the invalid marriage; the forged, falsified mimic marriage license/certificate originally documented to the court in the petition(s) for annulment of marriage to be void and presented as valid evidence in which the Judge construed the result to be a dissolution of marriage (and allowed him to have almost all my separate property); and the original document that is based on fact with proper signature of the officiating and appropriate official but never legally filed with the intention not to file by groom. The court has sustains criminal forgery and fraud. The forged, falsified mimic marriage license was not solemnized before any appropriate official. In this case the former marriage that was never legally filed was overwhelmed by the forged, fraudulent marriage discharging both attempts at marriage to nullify both. This was proven by both “facts” and circumstantial evidence. The Judge discharged the Petition for annulment of marriage in “conversion” to attain a Petition for dissolution of marriage by accepting the marriage license never filed and ignored the forged, fraudulent mimic document that muted any marriage of legality. There was both insufficient evidence to support the court's rulings and sustainable evidence that is contrary to all laws that defeat the court's rulings. I supports my position that the marriage is voidable and or there is void contract on the ground of unconscionability and fraudulent inducement by a Matter of Law and Fact. The groom also did not provide discovery which I objected. The Judge also didn't allow my witness to testify. This list goes on with how many errors were done on my case. A forgery and fraud is none other than a forery and fraud and I wish that New Mexico Court of Appeals understands the crimes that were done to me and reverse what the Judge did to allow forgery and fraud. I have been a victim twice- once by him and then by New Mexico Courts.
