I notice a very small bump like clog near my penis vein, if you follow the line near the end of the vein the bump is there. ABSOLUTELY COMMON. Do you shave? They could be scrotum pearls. If not, they are just whiteheads that are stubborn. If you try and squeeze them they won't come out.

The only time you need to worry is if that bump looks more like a blister, or if it's itchy.

Yes I also shaved, also noticed some bumps around the area I shaved. It doesn't itch or any blister appearance unlike those Google images I searched. I stare too much to my penis that I sometimes see things, maybe I being paranoid
