    when does a charge of theft under show on criminal record check
    I was charged with Theft under 5000 x 16 but the total is only 1000 it is a first offence and never anything before I want to pay it all back and have no record how do I do this.
    I also have a job interview tomorrow but no court till next month will this show on a criminal record check yet?

    Google your name and state. I bet your mug shot comes up. So yes the information would be available.

    " the total is only 1000 " - Only 1000? I don't care if it was a nickel, theft is theft.
