My mom and I were just snapping pictures in her room at my grandmothers house, she was trying to take a picture of her dog but he wouldn't sit still. As we were looking over the pictures she noticed she captured a picture of her brother who passed away 2 years ago. I know nothing weird about that except the picture she captured was NEVER taken and he was wearing a suit. Anyone who knew him would know he never wore suits. The picture that was captured of him looks very recent almost like it was taken a few months ago. It's very vivid. Also we noticed in the far right side of the picture my mom took there seemed to be a figure seated in the corner of the room. I don't know if he's trying to communicate with us or if our minds just playing tricks with us, but it is pretty scary. I think my uncles spirit is still living in my grandmas house and I believe what was captured tonight on film confirms that.

Nothing should be scary about a loved one communicating in whatever form; pictures of our dear departed are well documented. Your mom should feel blessed that this has happened in such a benign way, some attempts are scary to those not able to accept that this could happen.

Yes, of course, me too, but what does it prove, that there are figures in the picture and we don't know the people. So nothing is served.

I am not skeptical. I have seen these type of pictures before but of course the images were not clear cut, vague outlines of individuals, neither here nor there.

It is gratifying that a spirit wants to communicate in that form, instead of getting all frustrated and smashing dishes, scaring animals and making a nuisance of itself trying to say 'i am here, look at me!', but I guess there are spirits who were intelligent on earth, and some that were not.

What I like to see is the evidence. Ive seen "ghost" pictures before. There can be reasons some come out the way they do and there are those that cross into the paranormal. I like to keep an open mind but also being into photography I also look for other explinations. Its not about dismissing something that is or is not but rather to provide validation. This is the part that to me requires validation.

That is highly unusual as most only appear in ones that were taken. Does it happen - yes. Can this be a case where it did happen - yes.

I always like checking them out... but to be honest, almost everything claimed to be paranormal in a photograph can have a natural explanation. Orbs, mists, shadows, etc... even when they are real, a natural explanation can almost always be offered as well.
